Solar Installer / Racking Technician
Kauai, Hawaii — Full-Time — $30.00+/hour DOE

Solar Plus is a locally owned solar and battery energy company based on Kauai. We're growing fast and building a crew of skilled, dependable people who want real, long-term work in renewable energy right here on the island.

Work starts August 15, 2026 and runs through spring 2027 and beyond. This is structured, full-time employment — not a short-term gig.

What You'll Do

  • Build and install solar panel racking and mounting systems on residential and commercial job sites

  • Handle structural components, mounting hardware, and solar modules

  • Work as part of an organized crew under an experienced foreman

  • Operate drills, impact drivers, and standard construction tools

  • Follow installation plans and maintain a safe, clean job site

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable with drills and impact drivers — required

  • Background in construction, roofing, carpentry, solar installation, or general labor — strong plus

  • Electrical experience — even stronger plus

  • Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs

  • Valid Hawaii driver's license

  • Reliable, punctual, and serious about showing up

  • NABCEP or solar training a plus — willing to train the right candidate

What We Offer

  • $30.00+/hour depending on experience

  • Full-time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Overtime available

  • Bi-weekly pay

  • Long-term work through spring 2027 and potentially beyond

  • Room to grow with a local company that is expanding

On-site work, Kauai, Hawaii. Relocation candidates welcome.
